Jason Marshall is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Goodwill Southeast GA. With more than 30-years at Goodwill Industries, Jason’s experience spans the landscape of mission, operations, and adminstrative activites throughout 3-different Goodwill’s across the network.

Prior to his appointment to President and CEO in February 2024, Jason led the donated goods, manufacturing, and business service teams, experiencing significant growth in operations culminating in three consecutive years of record-setting operational results. Additionally, Jason was responsible for all activities surrounding facilities, maintenance, and real estate.

Jason’s Goodwill journey began with Goodwill Industries of North Central PA, Inc. where he advanced from a production supervisor to Executive Vice President for Workforce Development and Retail over his 19-years of service. A product of Goodwill’s philosophy of assisting individuals to become their best version of self, Jason worked to earn his Bachelors degree in Business Management from Strayer Univesity, attended Senior Leader and Executive Development Programs with Goodwill Industries International while working through various leadership positions within the organization.

Jason’s Goodwill journey continued when he joined the team at Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries in Boston, Massachusetts as the Vice President for Retail from 2013 – 2018. During this time, Jason earned his Masters Degree in Public Administration from Strayer University.

As President and CEO, Jason will lead the Savannah based organization on a journey to expand mission, grow social enterprises, and continue the charge set forth by Goodwill founder, Rev. Edgar J. Helms when he said, “Friends of Goodwill, be dissatisfied with your work until every handicapped and unfortunate person is your community has an opportunity to develop his fullest usefulness and enjoy a maximum of abundant living”.
