Shavonne Matulevich is an administrative and strategic communications professional whose background spans military service, federal government, and corporate operations leadership. Originally from Tacoma, Washington, Shavonne joined Deep’s staff in 2026. Her career has been shaped by a commitment to service, strategic communication, and strengthening communities through connection and shared purpose.

Before joining Deep Center, Shavonne served as a Senior Office Administrator with FedEx, contributing to operational excellence, stakeholder support, and systems coordination in a dynamic service environment. Her cross-sector experience also includes federal service as a Contracting Specialist with the U.S. General Services Administration and nearly a decade of military service as a United States Navy meteorologist, where she built a strong foundation in analysis, communication, and mission-driven leadership.

Across sectors, Shavonne has built a career centered on relationship-building, organizational support, and people-centered problem-solving. Her work is informed by a strong belief in thoughtful systems, community investment, and the power of collaboration to create meaningful impact. Shavonne holds bachelor’s degrees in Liberal Arts and Sociology and a Master’s degree in Professional Communication, bringing an interdisciplinary perspective rooted in equity, storytelling, and civic engagement. She is passionate about supporting work that expands opportunity, strengthens community voice, and fosters belonging.

She is also a published author of a wellness guide, How To Cope When Your Husband Deploys, and a veteran support journal, and the founder of Wellness Mom Solutions, a wellness-centered initiative grounded in reflection, healing, and community care. She is also the proud mother of a daughter, whom she describes as the heart of her life and draws much of her purpose from motherhood, service, and building spaces where people feel seen and supported.
