Deep Center works with the Chatham County Juvenile Court to identify the needs of young people moving through the juvenile justice system. With this, we now operate a year-round resource drive for justice-involved young people and are always collecting the following items:
- Natural hair products
- Menstruation products (tampons, pads of all absorbency)
- Hygiene products (lotion, deodorant, toothbrushes/toothpaste, soap)
- Gas cards (suggested amount: $20.00 – $50.00)
- Lyft or Uber card credit (suggested amount: $25.00 – $50.00)
- Kroger card (suggested amount: $25.00 – $75.00)
- Target or Walmart card (suggested amount: $25.00 – $50.00)
- Notebooks/journals
These items can be dropped at the Deep Center office (SCI: 3025 Bull Street). We recommend reaching out via email or telephone before dropping supplies.
